Kritiko Arhontiko is is one of the oldest houses of the are of Aspo Village and one of the oldest in Apokoronas area, located in a traditional and historic village in Aspro Apokoronou.
You can be 1650 m from the beautiful and picturesque beaches of Almyrida, from the traditional taverns, cafe, bakery.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. If it is 8 we can offer you a sofa with normal mattress. There are 2 dining rooms, 1 in the kitchen for 6 people and one in the open space for 10 people. The master bedroom normally closes with a door while the other rooms have stone beds and a thick curtain sheet like the traditional units. For the fireplace located in the open space we have free wood. The air conditioning-heating consists of a large body of 24 btu and a 12 in the master bedroom.
The cleanliness is done by us and the care of the pool and the outdoor area is the same.
We take care of our customers as we would like to have the same care during our holidays. We love families with young children, we take special care of the elderly. Close to the villa you can also find supermarket, bar, pharmacy or goldshift.

The villa has private parking, pool barbeque, CD and speaker JBL. Kitchen equipped with microwave oven, regular oven, large fridge with freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, spices, brown sugar, napkins. In bathroom you can find shampoo, shower soap, toilet paper. It is worth nothing that to the customers we have a small pharmacy for first aid. They are also at your disposal - towels, sheets, pool towels. For the customers who do not want cleanliness from us, we have extra linen per hour of need.
